Ahoy, I took part in this year's 24 hour comics challenge(to the uninitiated, you plot, illustrate, and complete a 24 page comic in 24 hours). Thanks to Artrage and the Fremante Film and Television Institute for hosting such a great event! This was my first 24 hour comic, so i really felt like i learned a lot while doing it.
I'll post some of my favorite pages from the comic up here in a day or so.
Also, finally finishing uni, in three weeks. yay.

do you know if qc sells people's local comics? i printed some copies for the northbridge festival, wondered if i could flog some off at qc too.

You can try and ask them, but it'd probably only be on commission - since you're in QC weekly, it shouldn't be a prob. Plus, any money you make could possibly go towards store credit! ........ don't tell 'em I said that
Also, try in at Oxford Books in Leederville - in recent years they were quite supportive of the whole 24 hr comics. Let me know how it all goes, too
